## Questions

### Do my customers need crypto?

No. They pay with the card they already have, on a normal checkout page. The conversion to USDC happens after they pay, and it lands in your wallet.

### Will my customers be asked for ID?

Less often. Smart Routing sends each buyer to the on-ramp provider least likely to ask for ID at their amount and location. Some large or unusual payments may still need a check.

### Can Railbed freeze my money like my last processor?

Every completed payment settles straight to a wallet you control, so there is no balance sitting with us to hold. We decline businesses that are illegal where they operate or that break our acceptable use policy.

### How do I get the money into my bank?

Send USDC from your wallet to any exchange or off-ramp you use, then withdraw to your bank account. Many merchants keep part of their revenue in USDC.

### I was dropped by Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments or Square. Can I use Railbed?

Yes. A past shutdown or a MATCH listing doesn’t rule you out, and there is no processing history to submit. If your business is legal where you sell, you can be live today.
